Harris Kastrinakis i had pomegranate, cucumber, carrot and apples/grapes and one roti at night with a glass of milk/curd and one boiled egg. I did 15 mins of HIIT running and 15 mins of abs. Also, i used ro always keep moving and kept dancing when i had time, which added as an extra exercise. It's Simple and you can cheat a little like eat one small portion of junk food every 3 days once and it won't affect you. After one month you can start eating real food xD and exercise a little more and it won't affect your weight because you'd have increased your metabolism in that one month!

First time I don't feel ashamed about my diet; as I eat most of the foods mentioned on daily bases. The only ones which I don't agree on are eggs, they would still make u gain weight if u eat them on daily bases, especially the fried ones.
2-3 eggs a day is fine. More than that you will gain weight and its also bad for your health. Boiled eggs, of course, are much better than fried. You can boil an egg and add it in your soup and salad to make it more tasty. Or eat it as it is.

Kelsta - I had that problem as well when I was a teenager. I was guy at 185 cm and weight only about 50 kilos back then, rough time. Do not know how old you are, if you are young it will probably past, you consume more kcal when you are younger. But may I ask have you count your total kcal per day? If not, do that.
I cant i am ridiculously carnivorous. Thats how i loose weight and keep healthy...yes fat and proteins with very low carb. Your brain starts to send different signals ie you dont even want to eat junk anymore. its like being a new person. Your stomach goes completely flat in 2 weeks even if you binge on chicken and goat meat.

The myth isn't "eating after 6pm", it's eating CARBS after 6pm. And it's hardly a myth. I personally wouldn't say it makes you _gain_ weight. From my own experience, I've always ate carbs late at night and never gained weight until I started eating a bunch of fatty foods. Though it has -- clearly -- made it difficult for me to _lose_ weight. And I ALWAYS ate the carbs a good few hours before going to sleep. Once I cut them out after 6pm completely, I lost 25lbs within like 2 1/5 months ... And that was with only maybe five days of actual exercise and I was still losing weight even during periods without exercise.
This is possible for me my doctor told me that I can eat ANYTHING and not gain weight I don't exactly get why my mom and she said my body just burns the food immediately I am told I am very lucky.(seriously I could eat my weight and not gain ANY weight.)that's why I am so skinny

I think it works especially if you are a high school student (I graduated btw), I did these :
- working out before you go to sleep (watch some working out youtube videos)
- only ate a few at (school) lunch
- when school finished, I walked to the grocery to buy a youghurt
- I did not eat dinner much
- when I had the exam week I finally had time for dinner, it was an oatmeal
- I did not have time for breakfast actually but only milk all I had
when I was in 10th grade, my weight was 65 kg and now it's 53 kg

First time I don't feel ashamed about my diet; as I eat most of the foods mentioned on daily bases. The only ones which I don't agree on are eggs, they would still make u gain weight if u eat them on daily bases, especially the fried ones.

2-3 eggs a day is fine. More than that you will gain weight and its also bad for your health. Boiled eggs, of course, are much better than fried. You can boil an egg and add it in your soup and salad to make it more tasty. Or eat it as it is.
I eat one egg a day but boiled and I'm 1.60 and 32 kg and I'm not gaining weight I just eat them because my mom says that they are very healthy

You cannot eat that either limitless, everything that contains kcal you can gain weigh on if you eat enough of it, and fruit are like they even say in the video not so low in calorie as many seems to think.
Kelsta - I had that problem as well when I was a teenager. I was guy at 185 cm and weight only about 50 kilos back then, rough time. Do not know how old you are, if you are young it will probably past, you consume more kcal when you are younger.
But may I ask have you count your total kcal per day? If not, do that.

I cant i am ridiculously carnivorous. Thats how i loose weight and keep healthy...yes fat and proteins with very low carb. Your brain starts to send different signals ie you dont even want to eat junk anymore. its like being a new person. Your stomach goes completely flat in 2 weeks even if you binge on chicken and goat meat.

The myth isn't "eating after 6pm", it's eating CARBS after 6pm. And it's hardly a myth. I personally wouldn't say it makes you _gain_ weight. From my own experience, I've always ate carbs late at night and never gained weight until I started eating a bunch of fatty foods. Though it has -- clearly -- made it difficult for me to _lose_ weight. And I ALWAYS ate the carbs a good few hours before going to sleep. Once I cut them out after 6pm completely, I lost 25lbs within like 2 1/5 months ... And that was with only maybe five days of actual exercise and I was still losing weight even during periods without exercise.

Cold water is good for ur muscles, and strengthen them. Also it's not good to bathe in hot water, because you will get sick easier when after a hot bathe and going outside, it's like after ironing something and going straight into the fridge for something. The hot water opens your pores and when you expose your self to cold, well you get the cold. Cold water on the other hand shrinks the pores, and no coldness enters the body which prevents you from getting the cold.

It's worth mentioning that too much of any food can cause weight gain. I watched a show about morbidly obese ppl and the doctor was talking about a patient who ate 35 oranges per day but was confused why he was unhealthy. The unsympathetic doc said, "Thirty-five of ANYTHING per day will make you unhealthy!"

If you are eating an excess of calories coming from any food, you will gain weight. Just like you can eat noting but Ice cream and lose weight as long as you have a calorie deficit. You will be extremely unhealthy and very hungry, but it is possible.

truth about loosing weight:
some people skips meals, which you should NOT do! if you want to loose weight you shouldn't eat less because that can actually be dangerous! instead you should work out a lot and eat lots of healthy foods (like the ones shown in the video for example) its also important to not sit in front of your phone laptop iPad (and more). it's good if you go out a lot because that gives you vitamin D and fresh air!
