I'm so glad my school is teaching me this, more like quizzing me on it and hoping I learn it somewhere else. This will all be super useful information when I'm working a physical labor job.
This is the problem my daughter has. Her teacher literally writes down a few questions on the board, solves them, tells the students to write the information down but doesn't actually bother to EXPLAIN the method behind solving the problem at all.
@@anthonychristy4275 That's schooling for ya. The teachers literally copy directly from the same book the students have and they call it "teaching".
What if your building a building and theres a cable underground you need to measure to that point but your building is smaller. then that measurement becomes the imaginary number you cant build on that imaginary number only x amount of inches before your imaginary number otherwise your hard labor will have to be done twice because you have to tare down and rebuild. Its not about making things super complicated its about making them a lil easier to figure out. Just because its on a white board doesnt mean it cant be used in real life
