Paint Mitt - Does It Work?

- Hi creative friends! Today I'm trying a painter's mitt for the very first time and sharing my thoughts on how it works! I wasn't brave enough to try it for the first time on my furniture but I have a good idea of how it works now that I've used it to paint my picket fence!

Great information! The dark color looks amazing! I am most impressed with the idea of using Dixie Belle paint for the outdoor picket fence, wow! What sealer will you use to protect it?
I used the DB paint to find my color. Then I went to Lowes and bought an outdoor paint/primer in one. Buuuut, yes you can use Dixie Belle Paints outdoors and I would seal with Gator Hide. It's not just water repellant, its water resistant and SUPER durable.
I don't think that is the mitts intended use, but hey!
It is more intended for polymer render application, but what ever works.
If you want to keep your mitt or bush's over night with out cleaning, Just pop in a plastic bag and then into the freezer, great with either water based or oil based paints.

Why couldn't you just use a piece of fleecy material to do the same thing?
Because you have more control over covering.
