Rule 13(3)clearly says that the property right gets immediately at the time of birth of unborn child.here all rights vested with deceased child and on his/her death the right goes to the legal heirs
worst lecture why don't you cover the basics? legal education in Kerala is worst and your lecture is one of them. can you explain the illustration in a clear language. i found ambiguity in your lecture.
