Hi Sir, I have one doubt, in the illustration 3 : "A makes a gift of his house to B. He simply makes a gift deed, but does not specify the date of ownership to be transferred. The interest of B is a vested interest", what if A dies without specifying the date? And if B is not the legal heir, does the legal heirs of A get the interest on that property?. Please answer, thanks in advance.
A by will transfer the property to B(his son) on a condition of death of A so B will get property after the death of A and A put his vested interest in B only. But B dies before A, B have legal hire(sons) Now if A doesn't create a new will does those B legal hires get right on A's property as there are his legitimate grandsons?

Under specific relief act power of attorney holder can transfer property himself. Read right of subrogation.
