    1 400g can chopped tomatoes
    2 cloves garlic
    1 cube veg bouillon
    pinch chili powder
    + bell peppers/scallions/whatever veg as desired
    Thanks for your amazing content as always!!

    I simply love you guys, love my sis, love my guy love my dog so you're in good company. I'm not attracted to coconut anything but have adapted so many of your ideas when my mind goes blank for a second, you are to be celebrated, the pear of you. Rich Roll is Gen X, meaning a decade younger than I, but through the prompting of my significant guy I started to watch his very long pod casts. He was lost in admiration but didn't quite get you guys, but I do, take that Rich Roll inspirational human nevertheless.

    • @evelynbaron2004
      @evelynbaron2004 5 років тому +1

      Yesssssssss, but like Jaimie Oliver they really use the minimum of kitchen utensils so I get that. I came from the opposite end of the spectrum, gadgets galore; now I do use a box grater and a microplane for lemon peel and ginger and garlic and own an instant pot for beans or slow cooking stews, and lastly a really good blender that did not cost $700.00 far from it; use it for smooth soups, hummous etc. A coffee grinder for spices and flax seeds. A good cutting board and proper knife and that is the inventory.. Bored out of your mind? Actually it was interesting to realize how much I whittled down my kitchen. Great comment, cheers.

      I enjoy you guys and your recipes but I also wonder what the point is of setting a five- minute limit. It's like the artificial pressure those awful TV cooking shows put on the chefs in order to increase the ' drama', but you guys don't need to. Is anyone THAT pushed for time?

    • @ferncat1397
      @ferncat1397 6 років тому +8

      I'm a student and sometimes I have a tonne of assignments to get through and I put off eating because it will take too long to cook and there's a deadline coming up but I can't think because I'm too hungry, or I just get home very late and I want food NOW, because buying food out is expensive. So I really appreciate the time limit, it reassures me to know I'll have food in 10 minutes (because I'm not twins) and I'll be able to get back to my work. Of course I love to spend time cooking too, but sometimes life gets in the way! We don't all have the luxury of time.
