Oh Dave love this video was sorry it ended plz plz show us the rest of the cleanout as u go through each room .... also when u to to the flea market would love to see these sold great video
uranium refrigerator dishes, cat lamp, quilts, roseville pottery, the lady head couch, brass, antique clock, asian pottery, trunks! omg! those are treasures! ❤❤❤
Wow, I'm blown away at all the quilts!! Even the old ratty ones have good value on ebay. This one room has so many things that I would want to keep lol. How do you not become a hoarder with access to all that! Can't wait to see what wonderful treasure you are going to find in there. Dave does the family not want any of the items? ✌✌✌✌
Wow Dave and Lindsey great teamwork.. some great stuff... Dave please don’t leave much stuff there .. after you’ve picked through the house get some boxes and take as much as you possibly can load up put it in your storeroom until you sort it out... I’m sure even those piles of plates and glassware will even cover you on basic flea market selling days... you deserve any good fortune that comes to you both cos you take the rough with the smooth days...by the way it was lovely seeing Darwin in his hat the other day.. 🙏🙏🙏👍👍
We have very similar tastes Dave. I've been buying stuff for 18 years now with the hopes of selling it after retirement. I've been retired now for over five years and I haven't sold anything yet. Think I have a problem.
My Lord, a veritable cornucopia of treasures!!! These people had terrific taste!!! I can't recall you ever having a better cleanout. What's in the other rooms, I can't imagine!! Not hoarders, but collectors of beautiful things. Get as much as you can....
Love the cat lamp. Want it all. That's my kind of cleanout. The clock was real pretty and the shelf. Really like the green and white quilt. The green dishes and the snuf box. You passed so many beautiful things.
I see you pulling those quilts and just smile. My Moms Grandma and Great Grandma made her a double ring quilt when she was 12. (She was born in 43.) I use that same quilt now. I have patiently repaired it here and there with cotton fabric from my Mom's closet. ☮
Wow, Wow, Wow!!! I would be in heaven to go through that house!!! Thank you for sharing, hope we get to see more goodies from that house. Love the crazy quilt. Blessings from Roseburg, Oregon
That is an awesome clean OUT!! So MUCH THINGS !! I GUESS IT IS DIFFICULT WHAT TO KEEP FOR SALE AND WHAT TO DISCARD. WOW !WOW !WOW! GOOD FOR YOU BBD. GREAT VIDEO.
Lots of neat items. You have a very good taste for fabrics too. Quilts are great and happy that you picked up the colorful piece of Marimekko, Made in Finland. Has a good value! Best luck to tomorrow's flea market Dave!
Dave, love the brass magnifier on the stand. Plz shoot me a price. On another note, I love your house cleanouts and estate sales the best. I'm always intrigued by what you find.
You should give the cedar chest to your daughter so that she could start her ‘dowery’. In today’s world it would be cool for her to start gathering stuff for her home.
Lindsey is smart wearing a mask while going through all of that dusty stuff. Those quilts...I know it's a lot to go through, but I see some great value in some of that. That cat lamp is amazing!
But he has high end hoarding tastes so he is a collector. He doesn't save garbage. I really loved this video Dave. You seem to be doing so very much better that when this all started and I am very happy for you and yours.
Your house clean outs are my favorite. I love the unique cat lamp, and that chair w/the faces on it. the vintage refrigerator dishes, all the quilts, def a treasure trove.
I am so jealous. We get some good cleanouts from time to time, but usually we are not only buying the contents, but we have to pay for dumpsters out of our pocket. However you got this deal, well done! Cheers!
I wish I lived near you because the items are nice and I would buy some of the things. I love the box. I also like the trunk and the other box that had drawers.
I'm not sure why but it breaks my heart every time I see others going through someone's things! Why can't the family see what value there is in this house? I mean OMG they are paying someone to make money on their family members stuff and getting nothing but a bill! I think it's such a shame! Plus the family has no idea if the things they are finding are personal items they may want! IDK it's just all so heart breaking! Having gone thru all my parents things after they passed I knew to take the time and look and save the important things and to sell the other stuff...😪
Maybe the family is made up of people the make the equivalent to $1000 per hour or more and even if they took the time, they wouldn't know what was good and what was not AND then where to sell it. Many of us are resellers and it is a full-time job. The family may well not want to or have the option of stopping their life to become a reseller. I think that it is great that in society it takes all kinds of people to make it work AND Dave certainly brings value.
@@dinacox1971 obviously you're missing the whole point! I am saying it is sad and heart breaking that the family doesn't care enough that they will pay to have peopme take these things from their family members home and then on top of that these people get to once again make even more money on top of that from selling the items... THAT'S WHAT IS SAD! It's only about YOU making money and no one cares about the importance of family...Cheers😁
Oh wow!!! I'd love to do an old clean out. I'm sure it's a whole lot of work, but there are some awesome items in there!! Good luck at the flea market.
My goodness. I had no idea you did this sort of thing. I’m an old fart 💨 and don’t think I could see any of those things. Looks like a life well lived.
Man I hope you pay Lindsey well. Lol When you where looking at Artist vases the shelf below it To the left looked like it had a small white jewelry box. Also the box that you found you called it an artist box would be good for your jewelry
Love the cat lamp. It's eyes glow. The head comes apart to put a bulb inside. The cat is at least a $500.00 item. Save it for Brimfield. Awesome score.
Hi Dave, great clean out! That Chinese Foo dog calligraphy brush holder/pot could be something valuable. I wish you would show the chop marks/seal more close up and pause a bit then I can tell you what it says. Either a maker’s mark or Imperial reign mark. The Chinese blue and white ginger jar is cool too. Very typical of finding these old ones with replacement wooden lids after the original porcelain one was broken or lost. And definitely loved that Chinese snuff bottle. Cheers! CP
That cat lamp is fantastic! I’m seeing solids from $300 to $800. Someone on eBay is currently asking $3500 but that’s pretty high. One sold at Sotheby’s for $2400 but had some glass in the top of the bell part. Definitely save it for Brimfield.
That was FUN!
😀✌️
Great stuff. Fun video. Thanks for bringing us along, Dave.👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻😊
Good Lord what a score! Whole lotta history and life that was lived, in that house! To think I thought my great aunt had treasures, I’m in awe!
Cat lamp looks like a Brimfield item. This is not your average hoarder. This person had knowledge about antiques!
God Bless you. The patience of a Saint. Awesome finds but quite overwhelming! ❤️🦋❤️
Oh Dave love this video was sorry it ended plz plz show us the rest of the cleanout as u go through each room .... also when u to to the flea market would love to see these sold great video

I loved the embroidered quilts. I have done some and they take many hours to do.
Looks like that cat lamp is quite expensive! Great find! That house is full of treasures!
Beautiful quilts!
Love the cat lamp an the chair with the lady on the arm piece
We have very similar tastes Dave. I've been buying stuff for 18 years now with the hopes of selling it after retirement. I've been retired now for over five years and I haven't sold anything yet. Think I have a problem.

Always love a clean out, all the picking without the crowd. Thanks for coming along my friend!✌️✌️
I love the straw hat with the ribbon!
I didn't read all the comments but the first things you picked up look like uranium glass refrigerator dishes. I'm obsessed with that stuff!
Definitely was uranium glass ✌️✌️✌️
Wowsers! And you only showed us a little part of one room. LOVE the cat lamp, and bench, and pottery, and quilts.... 😊
Wow! Great haul. I'd love to be able to clean out a house like that. Thanks for taking us along.

I really enjoyed the video. You never know what you’ll find! Very interesting.
Hi Dave, you sure have a lot of treasures there.I wish you the best and good luck at the market👍👍❤❤✌
Dave, love the brass magnifier on the stand. Plz shoot me a price. On another note, I love your house cleanouts and estate sales the best. I'm always intrigued by what you find.
The quilts! As a quilter, I thought that was your best score. But the cat was awesome too. What a great variety of things.
That inlaid box with the ivory keyhole is a sewing box. The top tray probably had compartments with a pin cushion built into one.
the cat lamp is EPIC
As always a great video and amazing finds! Every time I watch a video and Lindsey is helping, I’d love to see videos with her POV.
That blue art pottery vase clicks in my brain as something important, wait to sell until you research it. Might be a book piece.
I love these type of videos.....the items you come across are amazing. Love the the cat lamp, pottery and bar stools. Good luck at the flea market
HOLY SMOKES what a place! I love your Lindsay.
Always fun to dig! Me too😊✌️✌️
That cat lamp was beautiful, never seen one like it.Big meow from Glasgow.🐕😀😀😀
Note to Cathy Fam Journey.. Dave is an hoarder, if he wasn't we would never get to see such wonderful things. Keep in ahoarden, Dave
You called it my friend! Definitely got the sickness lol✌️✌️
But he has high end hoarding tastes so he is a collector. He doesn't save garbage. I really loved this video Dave. You seem to be doing so very much better that when this all started and I am very happy for you and yours.

Dave, I came from Taco and also watch Paper and Moose. Some of those things are quite valuable.

thanks for checking out the videos✌️✌️

That's the very reason I moved into my parents house an sold mine, didn't want to let go of any of my parents personal things,I think it's sad
I agree with you,it is sad.

Definitely some unique treasures!✌️✌️
Man I hope you pay Lindsey well. Lol
When you where looking at Artist vases the shelf below it
To the left looked like it had a small white jewelry box.
Also the box that you found you called it an artist box would be good for your jewelry
I was looking at that white thing too. It might just be paperclips, but it could be gold .
Hi from England - The two oblong blue china matching pieces with a slit on top of each one are worth money.
Get those dishes!!!!!!
Love the cat lamp. It's eyes glow. The head comes apart to put a bulb inside. The cat is at least a $500.00 item. Save it for Brimfield. Awesome score.

Monday’s video I’ll show the foo dog thank you I respect your knowledge✌️✌️✌️
Interesting, loved the Chinese pottery and porcelain vases.when you say how much you will ask for an item it makes me wonder if you get that price.
Can't believe you passed on the Culver decanter and stems!
Wow,wow
I was waiting for you to pull that cheddar quilt out of the bag...what a great hoarder house...

That gold framed mirror😍 I love it!
Such beautiful textiles!!!
Such awesome stuff.. I would want to keep it all!
Dave you should get a chest mount for your go pro...that way you can actually open things with both hands and not struggle so much!
AWESOME FINDS DO LOVE
There's enough inventory in that house to fit out a store.
Bronze cat lamp is killer
I use to make those astroscan telescopes 30 years ago at a place called Edmund Scientific
I would take that big bag of quilts to Brimfield - most of those quilts are handmade
Save all the quilts!
wish i could buy one of those quilts
All those treasures! I know it's a lot of work but oh my gosh! That was fun. Grab that vintage harvest gold fondue pot next trip.
