Cleaning Up 28 Year Old E36 M3 Arches & Wheels, They Turned Out Pretty Good.

- In a previous video the wheel arches on the Dakar E36 M3 were cleaned. But there was much room for improvement. In this video I wanted to use almost entirely detailing processes and products to bring these arches, brakes, and wheels to as close to as an OEM finish as I could. I think they turned out really good. It's crazy how far a little bit of time and the correct products go. For this video I used a bunch of different protection products from Vonixx. They performed flawlessly putting the finishing touches on this M3's arches, and with the peace of mind that they will stay protected for the road to come. Very happy with how this came together. Love your videos. A thing I do, in fact just did on my E30 M3 when I was doing the calipers is paint the vents/fanes of the discs black. I HATE that everything is perfect except this brown/rust on the fanes of the disc. Making them black just makes it all so clean.

Haven’t been here for a while, but does anyone know what happened to the Boston Green E36?
It died and now there is Dakar yellow E36. The chassis had too many demons(rust) and I didn’t want to spend all that money on a 318

You can use my white e36 sedan, 96k original miles to video, to clean it, if you like, thanks :)... Lol
Not wanting to sound too negative, but you’re far better off removing the calipers and carriers and getting them blasted etc and doing the job properly. That paint job won’t last unfortunately..
