UA-camrs typically do not get to choose their ads. They can have paid product placements in their videos that can rarely change the ad shown, otherwise the product has to be placed in the video itself. 99.9% of ads are decided by Google.
Obviously a small Icelandic channel with 8.8k subs is not being paid to advertise Trump.
Google/UA-cam actually tracks your activity by the way and places ads they think is most relevant to you. So if anything, it reflects more on you than this channel.
