- Besan ki Chakki - राजस्थानी बेसन की चक्की, खास तरह की बेसन की बर्फी जिसे आप किसी भी त्यौहार पर बना सकते हैं.
Ingredients:
Chickpea flour- 2 cup (250 gms)
Sugar - 1.5 cup ( 300gms)
Ghee- 1 cup ( 250 gms)
Cashew nuts- 50 gms (finely chopped)
Almonds- 50 gms ( finely chopped)
Pistachios- 1 tbsp ( finely chopped)
Green Cardamom powder- 1 tsp
