Chickpea flour - 2 cups (200 grams)
Tagar - 1.5 cup (225 grams)
Ghee - 1 cup (200 grams)
Almond - 25 (40 grams)
Cashew nuts - 25 (40 grams)
Cardamom powder - ½ tsp
Pistachios - for garnish

Somebody already commented, ratio of besan to ghee is not perfect for this recipe. I tried as well, even after adding more besan, they are still flowing.

@@shalakaanil1284 yes.. I roasted besan again but without ghee or oil and mixed it with the mixture prepared before(after cooling).. and I was able to make the laddoo in perfect shape and size .. taste was yumm
@@shalakaanil1284 but remember to not add so much of besan in the mixture because I think this will make the laddoos hard.. only a little amount of besan can be added so that you can bind it in round shape.. that will be enough.. because after cooling down laddoos for 2 or 3 hours they were not as soft as before whiling binding it in round shape.. so be careful

can I use kasa hua nariyal(gola) with dry fruits??
maam actually we are making Besan ke ladoo with 4kg besan 3kg boora, 3kg deshi ghee and dry fruits at home so I don't have that much big container
so, can I mix besan, boora and dry fruits first, in bucket
and after that put hot ghee into the mixture and then mix it and make the ladoo???
