Currently recovering from several DVTs and a PE. It is so encouraging to see you back running so strong. Thanks for your advice for what to carry in my pack when trail running when on blood thinners. Feel a lot safer now. Thanks for sharing your experiences.
hey sorry to hear about the DVTs and PE. I'm certainly not a medical professional (and am off blood thinners now), so for sure consult your doctor about the relative risks of certain things. From what I gather besides big skin cuts (Bleeding risk), you also really don't want a bone break or a head injury/fall (maybe the biggest risk is internal bleeding)? Anyway, best of luck with your recovery and sorry to hear this happened to you.
Great views out there! Congrats for your Skyrace and best of luck at Val d'Aran! Sure you'll have the needed grit and whatever the outcome will be it's gonna be a great prep for TDS! Enjoy Sage.
could you do a video (or maybe you already have) on how you approach tapering/recovery in the time between races within a short time frame, a couple weeks to a couple months apart? (while still trying to optimize performance in the latter race)
nice to see you two back on the high performing wagon. also, thanks to ray for caring for the real star of this channel, pacer.

Nice scenery there and good luck for the upcoming race.
Good effort good to see you back at the sharp end.
You don't need bear spray, for if a griz eyes you with less than a loving feeling, just tell it you're vegans.
