- Hey guys! Today we’re going to make a delicious mushroom & truffle tartelette. After last weeks video I got a lot of questions on what to do with those truffle eggs. So we’re going to use those to make a beautiful egg yolk cream. We’re also going to make a savory mushroom tartelette, a mushroom & Madeira gel, mushroom duxelles and so very nice sweet & sour mustard seeds. All great recipes, so enjoy guys!

Mini processor needs updating 😊. I purchased the Secura Electric Coffee Grinder and Spice Grinder with 2 Stainless Steel Blades Removable Bowls but what you're using now seems different at 2:06? Mine was lost in an accident but I now wish to upgrade. Can you share please the updated tools list?

Very nice recipe indeed! But I can't find the link between egg yolk cream and mushroom. Did you use the egg yolk cream instead of a mushroom puree for instance not to have a too earthy/mushroomy flavour in your tartelette?
