Great video! I’ve visited the Philippines 3 times, and I always stay with my family in Hinunangan, Southern Leyte. It’s very beautiful in the Philippines and exploring all the different cities, barangays, beaches, and islands never gets old. If you’ve ever been interested in seeing a sperm whale skeleton, they have one in Silago. Also, I suggest going to Cebu and the Comotes Islands if you ever get the chance.

I've been in Padre Burgos several times in the past, but the van driver always brought us to the same beach (the one you end your video with). At that time, it wasn't as commercialized as it seems to be now. Looks like I have to go there again next time I'm in Ormoc and explore the rest of Padre Burgos.

In the posted description here about Southern Leyte's "tourist attractions", I have to say Kalanggaman Island is absolutely not or no way near, or by Southern Leyte. Been there 7-8 yrs ago when it just started attracting more and more tourists/visitors..; unless it transferred itself to that side of Leyte..lol!, or if unless there's another Kalanggaman Island I don't know of. Kalanggaman Island is located between the western side of Leyte and northeast part of Cebu (accessible from Malapascua town by boat ride). Wonderful view of that beach place you were both in. Safe travels.

You said you had to wait 3 months to get it registered. Did you get permission from LTO to drive it during those 3 months? I was thinking buying a second hand one to avoid 3 months of waiting.

You won’t have to go far. If you like bigger cities, Sogod is a good option. Liloan is incredible too. Not many foreigners ever go there either. Stay a week and you’ll find her:) Then tour around.

They are getting teased once in a while, that's it. So the LGBT movement has no ground here, since they cannot fight against a discrimination, which does not take place. It’s most Catholic here so it’s not so LGBT friendly. However, it would say it’s friendlier than the West
