I worked at Oregon Dreeze Dry for 30 years from ownership by Philip Morris back to private company. I am so proud of this company and the employees, especially the president who ran it until his death in 2012. I love & miss them all so very much! ❤️🙏

Yeah surprisingly they have it for a good price, if they aren’t sold out haha.
I always wish the pouches had a line on the inside to indicate the level of water required. I’m not always equipped with a measuring cup

mountain house is probably the best storable food out there u need little water and it comes with meat unlike other companies like my patriot supply or auguson...
Hey, i agree. Usually just 1-2 cups of water, pretty decent taste and texture and 30 years shelf life is impressive. Looking forward to test out some other brands too and compare. Thanks for watching and commenting!
I bought a pocket burner only to find out that I needed a adapter for the 1 liter lpg canister. So basically what I did is eat the freeze dried material one bite at a time, gargle with hot water - repeat. Thanks for making the effort to do it outdoors.
