I always assumed that Hanayama puzzles, like most Japanese puzzles are expensive, but I just looked them up, they've very very inexpensive.

I like that you're back to an explanation section and marked the times; it's like watching the old videos. I get bored watching you solve it.
I have an Ivy Cube, and that one is fun, so the doubled version would probably be cool, but I want to try that geared one. I have the regular Gear Cube, but this one's shapeshifting looks so much more entertaining. The first one just seems like it would solve the same as a Pyraminx, so I wouldn't think of it as much of a new puzzle.

I am speedcuber, and puzzle solver too! I have those concepts burnt into my head. I create algorithms, i check what they change when i do them. Really interesting how other people do it,
my favourite of the twisty puzzles is the "super ivy cube" though it was originally released years ago as the rex cube and that's how i got it.

I've never messed with the three in the video, but if they are anything like the puzzles they seem to be based on (Pyraminx, Ivy Cube, and Gear Cube), they are actually easier than a 3x3x3 Rubik's Cube.
This was much easier than I expected, I disassembled and put together in about 2 minutes (before watching video). Although hourglass is not still solved and drive me crazy.

The super ivy cube looks like a rex cube, and should solve in the exakt same way .
Only difference , the super ivy cube has bigger "petals" and a bigger Center, and therefore smaller edges than the rex cube. I wish you a lot of fun with your new twisty puzzles.

For me, the puzzle is so slick out of the box that I needed to use the holes for friction to be able to hold the pieces.

Mastermorphix is a puzzle in a tetrahedron shape, but with the same axes as a rubik's cube. I think it gets its name from the fact that it changes its shape while you solve it. But the "corner mastermorphix" that you have there seems to always have the same shape, so I guess they named it like that only because it has the same shape as the mastermorphix in its solved form. Imo the name doesn't make sense in this case.
I didn't see the the solution yet, but I am going to guess that the holes are important (in a similar way to the hedgehog puzzles).

Interesting, I wonder if that's unintentional, or if 'pazuru' has a meaning in Japanese that they'd rather not put on their boxes. Or maybe it's because you can hustle it apart without having to solve it. XD

And that might also explain why they're using hiragana instead of katakana.
I thought there might be a second puzzle hidden inside the Hanayama one because strictly speaking 'Dice' is plural.
As there's just the one cube it ought to be called a 'Die' puzzle, but maybe that wouldn't sell so well! ☠️
