I think in DEMONS Doja is comparing herself to a horror villain, Specifically, she's talking about the reactions of extremists towards her work in Planet Her, woman, etc. and how absurdly negatively, agressively and Ignorantly she was demonized. I also think she's reclaiming this image of herself as a Demon by using her love of the horror genre. Great video!
