The only person that cannot set, in front of the 10ft line, and if the hitter jumps, in front of the 10ft line, is the libero. Volleyball has a billion rules, that change every day lol

there can only be 6 ppl on the court at the same time
middle blocker is in the front row in the middle
i think the middle blocker is the middle player in the front row (even though this player comes to help at the left and right edge to block shots).

Yes to both questions. The setter can set any attacker from any rotation.
Mr King the back row setter can set. Anyone can generally set over the 10 ft line, except the libero, back row people can't jump in front court
