• Arsenal Chest Press: 2 sets
• Pec Deck Flys: 2 sets
• Panata High Row: 2 sets
• Rear Delt Flys: 2 sets
• Single Arm Triceps Pressdowns: 2 sets
• Biceps Curls: 2 sets
💥 Warmed up with 7-way hip and mobility work. Current bodyweight: 212 lbs.
