As a brit, I can confirm this. This has passed the Federal Tea Association Check
Personally though, I find Yorkshire tea to be superior
@@urbex1994hs ok you had me with your first comment this second one I take issue with
Of Course you do.
We have so many Narcs trolling the web.If someone is going to take "issue", because you drink a certain tea that tells you all you need to know
Just recently started drinking tea and tetley was the first package to catch my eye and it’s beautifully smooth, not too strong.
Splash of milk and it gets my day going, great vid love!
The MOST British ranking video on UA-cam... and I love it 😂💜
It needed to be done. For the people
Sorry, did Tetley just get ranked as S tier? If I was partial to drinking piss water I'd agree but unfortunately I only drink proper tea, and that tea is from Yorkshire.
Nice gilet Dean
@@ElzGarrett came for a fight about tea not clothing haha
I moved from england and always kept my tea drinking tradition. Then boom one day see tetley in the shops and when i drank that smooth creamy luscious tea - it reminded me so much of england!!!adore it
I didn't have tetley in like 6 years. It was the first tea I bought when I came to England, Doncaster, because that's what they had in the one|stop shop and I had to buy some tea. Next day I went and bough something else as tetley was so different from I knew it for from Poland. Maybe because it wanted me to make a milk soup out of it...
I agree . I love my tetley . Your video was entertaining . I am drinking my tetley right now while typing this . Cheers from San Francisco ☕️
i'm scared i'm not actually british bc i don't like tea
That’s a get out of jail free card dw
I am in Canads and my entire family and other families I know use Tetley Original. Usually kept a stock of Red Rose, Earl Grey Liptons and Green tea for guests but Tetley Original is the go-to for most people I know. Some of the weird experimental teas are becoming popular now. People use diffusers and what not. I also met a bunch of Polaks that make pretty cool tea. They steap the water with actual fruit and tea blends designed for Fruit. Never really seen that before. Tasted great.
Coffee is still king though...sorry.
That was the best opening since Lost In Translation.
Have to agree with you on this. Nothing compares to Tetley. I’m in the U.S. and specifically order Tetley from the U.K. since my shop here only carries PG Tips in the international isle. Simply the best.
yes!!
I'm sorry? Tetley's is not better than PG Tips! I am prepared to fight over this
meet me outside 🤼♀️
Thank you for the hilarious review of English tea. Guess I'll just deal with loose leaf tea. As told by someone from the OG English colony
Hey you should do a all day eating video on this episode of the kids tv show “Brum” called “Brum and the cream balloon”. Love the video! Love my tea lmao
you're from the lake district?!?!!? I'm from the lake district and even I just assumed you were from yorkshire😭😭
Wtfff that’s crazy! Small world 🌍
Me watching this vid drinking Sainsbury's own rooibos 😶 anyway for your unusual tea vid make sure you read the instructions right, green tea & jasmin tea burn and taste disgusting if u use water hotter then 80°C or if u brew them too long, matcha green tea powder is really nice but u have to work it into a paste with a little bit of water and then slowly add the rest of it otherwise it clumps up, chia tea is literally just any tea plus spices like cardamom pods, & making a pot of tea with 1 regular tea bag & 1 herbal bag is pretty interesting, when i make tea cakes i do 1reg & 1herbal, rooibos tea is from a south African tea plant and tastes really different from black, green, or white tea
Tetley deserved the highest tier.... it's amazing with a bourbon!
can't stand herbal tea but I do like yorkshire!
that is a permissible opinion
Oof you brought it back with that last bit lol
answer me a random question? I'm from Brazil, and I really wanted to learn English, my mother said that I could choose between the United States or England to exchange, what is the best country to learn English?
*I'm using the translator*
:/
i'd say learn "England" english which is just normal english. theres not too many differences just some grammar and word changes but once you learn one the other is really easy to understand too because it's basically the same :)
This is pretty good
why thank you
Hahahahahahahahaha You're so funny and pretty! I loved you. One more subscriber
Best wishes
Spot on! See if you can get your hands on Barry's tea from Ireland.
Very good tea.YES
Thanks for reviewing English tea. I often go with Yorkshire Tea, the gold edition is actually a bit smoother in taste. If you'll ever think about trying green tea, don't buy tea bags. They are not worth the money. Go for loose tea instead and watch the instructions regarding water temperature and infusion time.
A friend visited from the UK and brought me two teas, one was PG tips, the other was Yorkshire Gold. I was rather disappointed with PG tips. To me, it had no taste, and I didn't even get a monkey!?! Yorkshire Gold was pretty good, though. Tetley Pure Ceylon is the best out of all the tea bags I've tried.
I am just having my first cup of Tetley ever. I have to say, very good tea. But in all fairness, I really like Ty-phoo as well... Probably 'cause of my lack of British genes...
the lack of britishness is definitely the biggest contributor
Tea-r list
Girl chose the girly tea. Who would have thought.
Yorkshire is the superior beverage
you are wrong in the head
@@ElzGarrett I like strong tea and Yorkshire is the best brand here in New Zealand in my opinion
You’ve never had green tea? That’s starange to me as someone from Canada who rarely drinks tea, I’ve had a few different types, orange peko is my favourite but green tea is second
Is that Ceylon Orange Pekoe?
Yorkshire tea is the best tea
Ur so underrated
ur a gem! 💎
Could you do foreign brands? Please
Because you have not Lived unless you have tried Dilmah Yata Watte.
It will make Tetley look average in comparison
Personal Recommendations:
Dilmah (especially the higher quality ones make you regret spending any sort of money on T2 or an overpriced tea brand) excellent Sri Lankan tea brand got everything for everyone but their green tea needs help
Also their "Founder's Anniversary Reserve" Breakfast Tea is just perfect with chocolate
Chaju: excellent Japanese tea brand
Sencha (brew at 70 Celcius) and Hojicha (brew at 80 Celcius) if you forget these steps you have lost you're tea licence.
Somehow made bottled tea taste good with no sugar or sweeteners?
T2: it's just overpriced Lipton and it hurts my soul. The wallet destruction is brutal
Lipton: like Twinings but somehow worse like way worse
Nerada: an Australian tea it's better then Tetley but not as good as Dilmah
Ti ORA: pretty good stuff from New Zealand
pg tips is the lipton of british tea
🤣 She is to funny. So british. Somebody needs to sponsor me just becuase I exists. 🤣 May be they can make you promote their product in a supermaket or online. I have never hear people order tea from Amazon. But if there is a market good for them.
But what about Clipper?
you did not put Yorkshire not at the top
I'm actually disappointed that Tetley got such a tier. Tetley is the Nipton of English Breakfast tea. It is extremely mediocre and I would put it at you couldn't pay me to drink it ( except the extreme version which gets a passable rating from yours truly).
I'm yet looking for my top-tier tea and so far I have found Irish and Scottish Breakfast blends as better replacements for the weak-ass EB.
If you don't like tea, you ain't British!
I'm mostly an Earl gray drinker but if some Americans think Tetley and PG tips is good quality the tea in the states must be very low quality indeed
The only tea is Barry's Irish tea. Everything else is vegan.
I think you got twinnings confused with Tetly? How u saying twinnings isn’t british?!
PG TIPS SUPREMACY ❤❤❤❤
I can’t understand anything she said! That accent!
Are you deaf?
Tetley is so bad that I I became dehydrated the first and only time I drank it
I question your ranking. Teapigs has some great teas. They don't have just herbal tea, they have black, green and white. There are at least one good variety in each.
I think we can all agree, twinning is trash. I’m not sorry 🤷🏼♀️😂
it’s tea made with extra artificial colourings 😂
I don't think you get any decent tea outside of East Frisia. Bünting ftw!
Too much talk that has nothing to do with rating the teas. And judging based on the box design? Give me a break.
Na Tetley in my opinions the worst
What would you propose?
I hate PG tea. I prefer Twinings and Yorkshire tea.
All of these teas are terrible, try some earl grey already
earl grey is for losers sorry
Hi Guys 😍💋 💝💖
Don’t you dare talk ill about PG tips… I am outraged…
Completely, factually incorrect. #uptheyorkshiretea
I like Tetley loose tea . You can only find it at the Indian grocery.. in the states. That's the only English Brand tea besides Yorkshire that I would drink. Also Tetley is a decent price ....Twinings tea bags are crap... this is coming from a bloody Yank.
