Regarding clothes lines and hanging laundry, first check local ordinances. Hanging laundry has been banned in many urban settings.

How did you find farms local to you to purchase from? I want to do that, but all the “pick your own” places are outrageously priced compared to the grocery store? Was there a certain place you looked to find farms to purchase from?

So it has been a little bit tricky for me, and I always feel like other people have better options than me. It has been a lot of Google searching to find these farmers.

Why are you spending all that money on a metal clothes drying rack....when you can put up a clothes line or a standing circular clothes line or esp. an Amish-made large WOODEN clothes drying folding rack????? here's one idea - - Outdoor Clothesline Dryer, White

Thank you! I haven’t made any decisions yet, but I definitely want to purchase some thing that will last.

Maybe, but I think in the modern world that we live in even low income families have opportunities for conveniences that the city life can offer. In this particular video though I am talking about homesteading, a way of life that people strive for to be more self-sufficient.
