How did you find farms local to you to purchase from? I want to do that, but all the “pick your own” places are outrageously priced compared to the grocery store? Was there a certain place you looked to find farms to purchase from?
So it has been a little bit tricky for me, and I always feel like other people have better options than me. It has been a lot of Google searching to find these farmers.

Maybe, but I think in the modern world that we live in even low income families have opportunities for conveniences that the city life can offer. In this particular video though I am talking about homesteading, a way of life that people strive for to be more self-sufficient.

Regarding clothes lines and hanging laundry, first check local ordinances. Hanging laundry has been banned in many urban settings.
