Counter Strike 2 Mic Not Working (FIX Voice Chat Issues)

My problem is that in-game, when I push to talk, it doesn't produce any sound. However, when I test the microphone with the options in CS2 to hear myself, I can hear me. I don't know what the issue is (this is the only game that does this).
