If your customer have endless money then you take whatever you can from this customer. 3.7 million for 180 days is pocket money for some. Another millionaire hotel owner wants part of it 😉
Not really. You are living in different world. Customers of this suite living in ENDLESS MONEY world. Everything is free for them as whatever they spend today... Will be replaced tomorrow by new money. Endless money. Like natural resources. Oil, gas, metals, wars. Corporations produce owners so much money that owner can't spend so much. Next category of endless money is taxpayers. You as head of the state can take whatever you want and leave taxpayers with bill. If they refuse paying taxes to fund your lifestyle- then you send police or army to collect taxes. Customer in this room often don't see the bill as simple servants take care of this paperwork nuisance. Half year there is 3.7 millions. Billion = 1000 millions. For billionaires this is pocket money they don't even notice as some of them have cars or watches worth millions.
The person who spent 6 months there would not have paid £3,650,000 for that suite. There would have been at half a mill dropped off the price because they ain’t filling that room every night.
Anyone who spends £20K on one night in a hotel, regardless of how much they want to feel special, is a despicable person. In central London it's likely there's going to be someone sleeping rough less than 100 meters away, so just imagine how many people they could help if they did go for the £450 a night option and gave £19, 550 to a homeless charity!?
J.P. If they stay in this type of hotel . They do not know other people exist except those whom they exploit to get them their wealth. And they are just numbers in statistics . The corrupt on this planet are sufficient to fill hundreds of this type of place all over the World
Great idea but the problem lies with the charities themselves....they cream off the top and hand over whats left. I also don't give to children in need or that bloody Bob Geldof band wagon live aid etc etc.....those villages are still without water after 30 years ??? Could have built bloody several dams with all that money raised over the years...lol Africa = Don't bloody trust them
THAT is what you get for 20k? Sure, I get why it would cost a couple of thousand a night, but 20? I expected a lot more. It looks like you get a lot of stuff but none of it is all that luxurious.
seriously no matter the amount of mirrors and gold they would cover the walls even if I had this kind of money I would feel awful to spend it on such a thing....knowing this money could have saved some others people lives. Its almost heartbreaking...
You’re telling me someone spent six months in that suite for £20,000 a night when they could have helped thousands with that amount of money by giving to charity??
Many wealthy people are charitable. Lets not forget that anyone earning over 100,000 annually is on a higher tax freshold. For instance someone on 100,000 annually would bring home. £67, 049. Due to to the 40%. Someone over £125,000 would fall into a tax trap because after £125000 you gradually lose your £12,570 income tax Personal Allowance, pound by pound. the tax is extortionate. People who are high earners generally work very hard for their money. In life noone is entitled to your property or money. For instance someone who earns more than me isnt obligated to give me anything simply as i have less. And i dont expect them to.We cant decide how someone else chooses to spend their money. For myself having a fiver makes me feel like a millionaire. But for the wealthy maybe 20000 might be like 20 quid for them.
That's more than the Royal suites at Claridge's and the Ritz together, with nowhere near the style. This is for people who need to show off how much they can spend. I bet the hotel car is a new Rolls Royce Phantom. The two go well together.
What’s wrong with him being German origin? I had stayed in Bvlgari in Dubai and the front desk had British managers in them! Even JW Marriott in Singapore has British manager
Only people who can’t afford it are complaining on this thread. £20k per night for a very rich person who wants to enjoy luxury, with their friends/family in the best part of town isn’t that bad. Go on rented homes in London, some mouldy flats are rented at over 100k per week in Knightsbridge and there’s no spa, restaurant or staff at your door plus top security. Some people actually make more than £20k per day in interest alone.
He reckons one client stayed for 6 months at 20k per night. Thats 3.64 million. You could buy an apartment close by for that. So why would you stay here instead?
the published price is £20,000 a night - meaning they may discount, and block bookings will likely get reductions, though who knows in that particular case.
In all honesty if you can afford to drop that kind of money on a hotel room how can you ever appreciate anything if you can have it at a moments notice
Put the immigrants in this hotel or some English homeless as there are English homeless who were on streets before the immigrants no-one cares or cared about them I think this is governmental discrimination they house the foreigners but not the English homeless
What if you are from China and want to visit England for six months? Purchasing a mansion, hiring staff for it, paying property taxes, then try to sell it six months later? Hotel makes much more sense.
Meh looks like contemporary trash. Ditto with that awful afternoon tea experience they have. Afternoon tea is supposed to be a unique British experience, made specially for the individual ordering it [or so the individual thinks]. Instead, their contemporary tea sets don’t seem remotely quaint or British, and the experience itself seemed like mass-produced rubbish. A lot of the impact is lost when cakes are brought around on a trolley, alongside a few dozen other identical cakes. The unique experience suddenly becomes a cake buffet. Definitely not worth the price charged for it.
Fabulous luxury at a cost and if they who can afford it go for it l don't begrudge them. However l wish they would give me £20.000 so l could afford all my bills every month my pension hardly covers and now I am having to use my savings to boost my monthly bills. £20.000 a night l wish.

Is the whole penthouse is worth it
Don't mind me just laying in bed at 4am eating a whole pack of biscuits wondering where rent is gonna come from this month 🤣
Is that the guy that does “4 hours laterrrrr” on Spongebob?
Ben Clark 🤣🤣😄sounds just like him
He sounds a lot like Timo Werner, I mean the manager guy.
@Simon Cowell lol, no I meant the hotel manager sounds like Werner
I can't unhear it 💀
I guess he is german
That's not worth 20K at all!
Extremely overpriced for a just a couple of rooms and a terrace!!
I'm guessing that it's not booked every house, they have to make up for it by having high rates.
That's the London price for you
The room is 395sqm in total. An average 3 bed home is 88.
You get so much more than they showed in the video. There's a literal wine room.
@@cameroncook2048 he said 250

The perks of being rich 😂

That’s just for the room. They spent on shopping and restaurants as well!
He said 20,000 was the advertised rate, longer stays would be cheaper I imagine
He said the published price is 20,000 which sounds as if no one really pays that much. Rich people like a discount as much as everyone else does.
Yeah but 20,000 won't be reduced to 200 😂

Rough maths, 6 months 182 days.
182 x 20k = £3,640,000.

I agree to use an old fashioned word I thought it looked "vulgar". If I could afford to stay there I would choose not to.
Rappers and pop-stars wouldn't know that it was vulgar.

Really underwhelmed by the lack of amenities and how rich do you have to be to spend £3.6 million on a hotel stay.

1:45 hmm is that a flickering ceiling light I see for 20k /day???
No sometimes LED strip lights come off like that on camera it’s the same thing as in airplane bathrooms or cabins.
The only nice thing is the view from the roof.
Watched the first episode and learned that an afternoon tea can cost £65!!!
I work on Mayfair and I had sold a margarita for £80
"First you are met and greeted by flowers".
I dont want talking flowers in my room.

Sadly when people become super rich they lose that part of humanity as they get accustomed to “the lifestyle” to them this is pocket change
1:45 light above bath tub is flickering. Thomas isn't that eagle eyed!

It’s probably more to do with the camera’s frame/reset rate, as the light does look like an LED.
There is nothing special in their interior design but what makes this hotel excel is their TOP SERVICE!
For £20,000 I'd expect a limo to take me around the City, a private concert featuring Tom Jones whilst Benedict Cumberbatch (
If you check in at 3pm and check out by 11am, It’s $0.69 per second per night
Is it just me or does his voice sound a lil funky 😂😂😂
definitely a hint of zestiness
For the stuck up, conceited , egotistical , narcissistic ,elitist ,person, but hey I don't judge its non of my business.
You could have wrapped it up with just one word…pretentious
A guest once stayed there for 6 months he said? So that's like...around €3.6M?? Oh behave! 😗😏
Could of just bought a nice central London house?!
It’s pounds....
There would have to be a discounted rate agreed with hotel. He also said "Published rate".
“Plunge pool”.... I love him 😂😂
i guess its "plantsch" coming from the word "plantschen" which is meaning like sitting in the water splashing it around like a little kid
Oh i have to take that back
I searched it up on google, i didnt know that the word "plunge pool" is actually existing in english 🙈
The view is priceless!
