The more I listen to Michael's solo album, the more I appreciate it, even after all these years. Beautiful and haunting. Poor Michael, he wasn't in the happiest of places when he recorded this. Miss him so much. ❤
I believe Michael stared recording this around 1996, which means he was thinking of suicide at least 1 year before committing the act. After many hours of reading up about his life , listening to interviews etc i think he felt totally exhausted, depleted and spent. Doors closing all around him, fallouts left and right with friends, family the INXS guys, Bono, Paula, court case, the press. Then dealing with a drug addiction and to top it all off a TBI leaving him with no sense of smell and taste! I've come to the conclusion that i simply think he felt he was DONE in this life. I also don't believe he has any regrets about it and probably wouldn't come back to this life if he was offered. God bless him. No one should ever have to feel like this, extraordinary artist, singer and one of the greatest most charismatic frontmen of all time. God bless you Michael we LOVE and miss You forever! ♥

I love this song it was the last one Michael was recording before his suicide. I think it's very honorable that Bono helped finish it. In loving memory of Michael ❤

I saw Mystife just yesterday. GOd! he made 5 phone calls since 5:30 till 10:40 am just claming for help. nobody went to him except his ex, michele. late. but more people could be helped him, and they left him alone with a terrible nervous crisis, over past in drogs and alchool, and desperate. He just couldn´t take it any more. If somebody like the guys in the band, who acctually heard him crying on the phone would runned yo him, he could been saved
