I am a Cleveland resident who had a friend drop me off and pick me up on Saturday at the Huntington Convention Center. I had some tech issues with activating my badge on my Smartphone, but the young man directing fans to the units to activate their badges helped me with this on his tablet. An older person who has trouble with modern tech, I appreciated the patience of the young workers helping me get the data I needed. All employees that I needed help from throughout the day were knowledgeable, fan-friendly and helpful. I had a photo op with William Shatner and was the last person to ask him a question at the Q & A session. I also spoke with Ron Perlman while getting his autograph. I attended two films in Room 20 before 7 PM close. I was VERY IMPRESSED with how organized every detail was. This was the first con I've been to where the attendee did not receive a paper Schedule of Events. However, I did receive e-mails from Fan Expo detailing the scheduling so I could read through it and form a loose plan of how my day was going to go! My only improvement thought was maybe you could have a sign in the middle of the main convention room stating Room 20 and other rooms are "across the hall" as I had to ask a few people where it was as I walked along in order to attend the films. I definitely will consider attending next year!
