    I implemented this by sitting crossed leg while bathing and using right hand to scrub the left side and vice versa.
    I feel energetically good post bath.

    Hello Prune, first of all thank you for all your videos, I’m learning alot from them. I am doing many of them in my daily routine, i’m healing from fibromyalgia. I wanted to know which exercises would be the best ones for bringing energy back to my knees, and legs. And for helping my condition. I do the daily energy routine, the homolateral cross over, strengthening the TW meridian, sedating spleen meridian, the belt flow, and neurolymphatic massage, all these daily. Would love to hear from you!

      Hi there. I am writing to you because of this note you left for Prune Harris 2 years ago). I have also have fibromyalgia (and multiple sclerosis) which is what I use energy healing for (on myself). Were you able to find what you needed for your knees and legs?       @@YNergy Have you heard of brain rewiring programs (DNRS, Gupta, Dr Joe Dispenza work too) that tremendously help heal such chronic conditions usually offering complete recovery? Be blessed

      Yes, another energy healer (Melanie Smith) states that this exercise done in laying position is even more effective in repatterning those energies.

      Hello there ~ you bet you can. You may even need to do it multiple times each day at the beginning to invite those energies to cross. One general recommendation is to do this each time you are feeling "off" and see how you feel. Your own wisdoms will help to guide you with this type of work. Our best to you!     Hi! Do we need to do this repattening every day? How do this works? If i do the repattening today, can i cross-over tomorrow? Or must i need to do this repattening again and again?

      Beautiful questions - you can repeat these as often as you feel called, and you can switch up your routine if you feel called. Lean into your own body and energy wisdoms to see how you feel through this. Depending on how your system responds, you may want to do this more often at first through the day then lessen as your habits become more crossed over.
