My first question is about my reverse camera. It has the connector that plugs into the camera in back and 2 wires red/black back there. I spliced the red into the green reverse lamp wire and grounded the black one to the chassis. On the other end I connected the rca jack into the VIN port in the back of the head unit. There is also a small red wire up there on the camera harness that I don't know what to do with. The camera doesn't come on currently
The Eonon radio I have had a R CAM rca jack that the camera plugs into but the camera needed those 2 red and black wires hooked up to turn on the camera when it gets put in reverse. The red wire in the dash can be cut or covered as you don't need it cuz the radio knows when you put it in reverse if you bought the vehicle specific 9480 version

I understand but I don't kno honestly..... plug it all in and test it before you put your dash back together. I removed all RCA jacks from mine to make more room in the back of the radio. My truck didn't have a Bose amp nor DVD player. I just connected the WiFi, GPS, two USBs, and the cables that go to the truck. I even left off the mic because it had one in the front of the unit.

Yes the red wire on the camera end to power the camera, BUT you just need to use a power wire on the back of the truck whether it's a the reverse wire so the camera gets power once on reverse or I tapped into the reverse wire on the trailer 7 way behind the bumper. Since the harness on the radio is plug and play the radio knows when you put it in reverse so no need to do anything behind the radio other than hook up the RCA the green camera input on the radio
