I worked at the US open in NYC when I was in school back in 2009. The first time I saw Serena Williams walk in the hallway after the game, I was in awe. Everyone else just walked by. I've always been a fan but that day was just memorable.

I also played almost every sport out there. Then my new step father told me I could make my body better with training. I followed his lead and by the time I was 20 i had woman stopping me in grocery stores asking how I achieved it. I did not use hormones. It is completely possible for some one who is predisposed to building muscle.

She’s got a great body but if you can be bothered to put the effort in then it’s not that hard. All you need is a good diet and maybe an hour a day in the gym and you’re set (I’m 14 that’s what I do and I have a similar body but a body fat above 8%
