    When doing color space transform i usually turn off the tone mapping and do the highlight rolloff manually, since it can clip the footage after the cst node.

    I am seeing you’re working in 2.4 gamma range on your timeline and you’re working on a mac. In my own work I’ve noticed that best setting for mac viewing and working are interpreting mac display colors toggle in preferences and switching to rec709-A in timeline. Then on the export set the gamma range to rec709 and you will have absolutely no gamma change in the results after export and uploading to YT, Vimeo and etc. Great stuff btw

    Nice effect, adjusting gamma instead of the temperature setting. Suggestion for you for UA-cam delivery: in Project Settings -> Fairlight, set your target loudness level to -14 LUFS.

    • @ANDBERY
      @ANDBERY  2 роки тому +2

      Thank you, I will use it :)

    • @ghosttemplate1508
      @ghosttemplate1508 2 роки тому

      Sorry, what is the difference between this target loudness and the default one?

    • @ShawnThuris
      @ShawnThuris 2 роки тому +8

      @@ghosttemplate1508 Default loudness is broadcast standard, -23/-24 LUFS. UA-cam uses -14 LUFS, and although a video will get turned down if it's too loud, youtube won't turn up a video that's too quiet. So if you normalize your audio in Resolve to the default LUFS it will come out too quiet on youtube.

      Sorry, can I ask you if you use intermediate wide gamut on color management settings? If so, you have to do the color space transform also? I'm a little bit confuse about those things. Thank you!!

    • @maxgiaco
      @maxgiaco 2 роки тому

      When using BRAW I place da Vinci wide gamut intermediate in settings>color management. And it transforms automatically the BRAW and I watched in a color management tutorial that is a very wide color space. But then I don't know if a have to do the color space transform in the nodes also 😣
