    My husband likes this omlette than egg omelette bt avoids due to gastric pbm.

      Add more carom seeds and a pinch of hing to the the batter..and also add more vegetables... this will help

      No... that's a myth.. jaggery has more glycemic index than table sugar.. DIABETICS should avoid any form of direct sugars
