I heard you saying you gave "full contract", so assuming it's material contract. At the same time you have spoken in detail about buying materials. How does that work, can you clarify?
Yes, we have entered into material contract.. We have the privilege to select brands of all products and we directly visited shops for wood purchase, sanitary items and tile purchase. Rest of the items, we just made an enquiry out of curiosity..That's all
No no... Everything is included in the contract... Whatever additional amount we spend for buying the product will be paid extra.. Since, quality of wood, designs of sanitary items and tiles are important to us, we went to shop and selected the designs as per our aesthetic interest.. That's all.

കൂടെ full time നിൽക്കാൻ ഒരു nirvaahavum ഇല്ലാത്തവർക്ക് full contract കൊടുക്കാൻ മാത്രമേ വഴി ullooo.. അതാ അവസ്ഥ!!
