Cheers m8. Been looking for a while, now bought two of these. Have got marker elastic but I use feeder rods, so think it would cause problems going through rod rings
@@ciskara3636 I would pull the elastic tight and snip off with scissors. Or I'm sure there is a knot where you can pull it loose like a slip knot kind of thing.
Yes, they are proper solid reels. Very well made. I bought them for distance fishing on my membership water but not done too much of that.. My Shimano ultegra xtd's cover most of my fishing
@@sifishes I have the xtd si soon as they come out within 6 months started making a grinding sound sent them off to be serviced they did the same within 3 months I do a lot of fishing 2 days a week some time 3 times a week as I have had 3 of my bones in my spine removed so I got rid of the shimanos got the trio rex for my insurgent rods and they don't make a sound even after 2 years now with ice washers make the drag butter smooth I have been thinking about the 8ks for long time but where I live in Lincolnshire I can't get to just see them in real life never can find a true review on them ether but if they anything like the trio rex might have to buy a set
