I've been banned from all 6 casinos. There are 5 in the base game, the one some people don't know about is the Vikki & Vance Casino. I also got banned from the Sierra Madre. Of course, I played nothing but Blackjack the whole time.
I broke the casinos with a starting 6 LCK. Just buy the Naughty Nightwear for 7, go to the Freeside Casino or the Primm casino, make enough cash playing blackjack to buy the LCK implant. That’s more than enough to break all the others. I also make sure to play Roulette just before breaking the casino, to maximize my earnings. But that last one can take a while.
If you’ve got the patience, the slot machines will pay you out a bigger bet than you can when in a single hand of Blackjack allowing you to greatly exceed the normal limit by 2-3K at any of the casinos besides the Ultra Lux which doesn’t offer slots. Too noisy and impolite I figure for the deluxe members.

I never thought of this, although I figured there was a way to push the casino profit limit.
