Hi Junaid, I recommend taking Ruben's course on udemy it will give you a solid basic understanding of everything: punchsalad.com/lp/cro-course/ On top of that it's all about reading about ecommerce, CRO practices & statistics for CRO. I used to read cxl.com articles a lot. There is a lot to learn, but it's also really interesting stuff.
For sure learnable, but having some background in UX, psychology or anything in digital space would help. Basically you need to leran digital from scratch, so it just takes more time.

A lot of CROs don't code. So no worries and your UX background is super helpful as the research, test statistics & analysis are more important parts of CRO. Especially in bigger companies it's not necessary to code as you will have a dedicated developers doing the coding for tests. For smaller companies, it's helpful to know how to code because then you are not depended on developers and you can launch tests as you want when you want.
