Will never forget that left peg of Barry's for Wolves. Gave us so many memories, especially that free kick away at Ashton Gate. Those deliveries were undefendable! Great lad, too.
Barry Douglas, two-time Polish champion with Lech Poznań. He can tie a tie with his left foot. Funny guy and part of KKS's winning history. Nice to hear him
Another Wolves fan here, loved Barry Douglas, super left back. Two tremendous goals stand out for me in that wonderful season, which is my favourite season in the 54 seasons I have seen since 1969. The free-kick v Leeds.......what technique. Just superb. Also a lovely right foot finish v Reading into the top corner in front of the South Bank. Thank you so much Barry!
Great player for us at Wolves. One of the best at set pieces and had a great season for us. Was disappointed we sold him and that he didn't get a chance with us in the premier league.

These fellas need educating. Bielsa's Leeds team never fell off a cliff. We maintained every single stat fitness wise, apart from Douglas (shock lol). We failed due to massive injuries and a squad that had peaked ability wise. Bielsa told the board we needed a full revamp the summer before he went. They couldn't afford to, and the rest is history.
@@Lukerodgersbeeston I agree, but we also have to be fair and acknowledge that the style of play had been massively figured out. The decline and relegation was avoidable by picking up the players he wanted, but I don’t think we’d have had another season anywhere near that first one and would have likely ended up moving to someone like Slot or Emery which would have been perfect.
