Dear Chris Boland and all the other beautiful people of the United Kingdom who made the wedding of our most loved children Scott and Sabine so so special as in these strange times did not allow all their loving families to be with them on this most beautiful day , how you documented their beautiful day Chris , the honking horns , the well wishers who cheered and toasted these two people , from the bottom of my heart I thank you for making this special day
Lovely images of a special wedding. Appreciate the commentary, especially the part about the glimpse of normality that is now so unusual, and people honking their horns in affirmation. Cheers and best wishes!
This is amazing Chris :) you say it was your luck to spend the day with them, but I also think it was their luck to have you as their photographer. I mean, who would else would have thought to give them his camera with everything set, because he can't go in? This little story really made it all the way to the bottom of my heart. Congrats tot he newly-weds!
Nicely done Chris. From your description, I imagine that, photographically, this must have actually been quite nice to shoot. Probably a lot less stressful than usual I imagine, though I suspect the heat was very uncomfortable.
Chris, I love your style. There's so much beauty in these videos and specially the photos. I wish you could do a video on post processing. Or a class. Cheers mate.
@@ChrisBoland but I guess you could talk about what you're doing, what you're aesthetic preferences, artists that you like, filme stocks... that's plenty to talk about, and lot of us to hear :)
Every wedding is a bit special to those that take part. But these sorts of photos are actually historically important documents. When these times get chronicled in the far distant future, historians will want just this type of material. And it's heart-warming to see, amidst all this madness and depression, that life can still go on, and that people do manage, and they can look forward with optimism.
Fantastic candid shots, Chris. I wonder if after many years ceremonies will remain as restricted. Hopefully not. Still, I'm glad the couple and you were able to make the best out of it.
Thank you José - I do hope things go back to normal - or at least close to normal. But in the meantime it was nice to enjoy being in a different kind of situation.
Hi Luis. Definitely not when using it for photos. However, I have done tests to see how long it can record video for. Depending on the settings (4k/bitrate/recording to dual cards) it will certainly overheat and shutdown at some point. However, I'm happy it won't affect me when shooting a wedding - unless it was in a very hot environment. I'll keep doing some more tests, but overall I feel happy.
Thank you so much for being a part of our day and for the wonderful photos! It was such a pleasure to have you with us throughout the day Chris!
Thank you so much Sabine! I'm so happy you enjoyed the day as much as I did :-)

Looove the wide shot with the bride framed by the green door. Wonderful images!

Thank you Ted - you're right - just wandering around the city was wonderful and didn't have the pressure of time you get at most traditional weddings.
Thank you Chris for sharing, beautiful pictures....
You're welcome, thanks for watching Fred 👍
Beautiful photos as usual Chris. Well done.
Thanks very much Mark.
Fantastic photos and nice storytelling. Like always :-)
And best wishes to Scott and Sabine :-)
Thanks as always Christian 🙂 Cheers!
Exquisite. Beautiful images of what was clearly a very special day.
Thank you very much Sam 👍
A really eye-opening look into what weddings are like nowadays. Love the shots in Duke's bar
Thank you. It was certainly different and a day I'll look back on fondly. The cocktails were great too :-)
A beautiful couple! Beautiful photography! Love this to bits.
Cheers Rohan! :-)

Thank you very much. I think about editing, but I never know quite what I'd say :-)
@@ChrisBoland No need to say anything, just do your magic and let us watch, hahaha.
Maybe two videos, b&w and color. Now I'm being greedy, hahaha. One can hope

Thank you very much indeed Martin. It really was a heart-warming day. Hopefully a glimpse of things coming back to life.
Wonderful as usual.
Thank you!
@@ChrisBoland Always a pleasure!
Stunning work as always, Chris.
Thank you!
What a wonderful wedding and a shining couple
Thank you Michael. 🙂
Hello Chris,
A very beautiful video, full of happiness to start the day, thank you again.
The comments in the video are really very valuable :-)
Thank you David 🙂 It was such a nice day to be a part of.
Might be the only other person I know who shoots Nikon’s for work-work and Fuji’s for daily life. 🙌. Great video Chris!
Thanks a lot Callum :-) I love Nikon, but wouldn't want to carry it around all day just for fun. I'm intrigued by the Z6 though 🙂
Chris Boland - fair. I still shoot DSLRs for this project work but daily life and holidays it’s the Fuji.
Fantastic candid shots, Chris. I wonder if after many years ceremonies will remain as restricted. Hopefully not. Still, I'm glad the couple and you were able to make the best out of it.

Hi Chris, have you ever experienced any overheating of your X-T4? Thank you!

@@ChrisBoland Many thanks for the quick response Chris! Please keep making videos on youtube and stay safe. Love your work. Best wishes from Mexico!
