If you pause the video when they exit the canyon from the hole on the reef wall, you can read 45m on the computer. I believe it is the deepest part of the dive. Then they switch gas in the champagne bubbles at the top of the canyon's entry at about 15m depth.

For me it seems that the "red" diver at the beginning of the dive (00:38) has a "Gralmarine" tank. Later on (2:15) it's another tank (with buckles). Am I right? Is this at the beginning a Gralmarine? That extra bottle contains a gas mix rich in oxygen which facilitates the faster purging of the (accumulated during a deep, long dive) nitrogen in his body. We were at 60 m and he was fine. He timed me as I'd tie familiar knots, to measure the effect on my hand to eye coordination, like a sobriety test. But I was quite comfortable, just slow. And I suppose it was fortunate there was no important decision making needed.

Also wanted to slow my breathing down and my heart rate. I didnt want to be the first one out of air. It was a fun dive near Punta Sur on the south west side of cozumel. My computer went in to a two stage decompression mode i think. I know i hit 1 min on the no deco timing as i was coming up. I think cardio is the best thing a diver can do to stay healthy.
