The Rose Plantation looks lovely! I saw on the website that the Dwight gentleman was a newspaper publisher from Massachusetts! Thank you for this excellent information! Great variety of restaurants in TV!!
So does Mallory have pizza by the slice??? WOW!!! Lots of cool restaurants...lots of food. Thanks for sharing.......not the food but your comments. lol lol :) ((((Hugs)))) You guys are awesome. Can't wait to see your next videos. So I guess Jan is off to Coastal Del Mar to see the cute bartenders!! lol I like how you slip an almost naked man. Great editing job!!! lol lol so which of you does the editing for your videos??? lol lol must be Jan! ok, thanks again ladies. You guys make a great team. Remember there is no i in Team......but there's 2 in Martini. LOL :) ok you two stay out of trouble.....especially JAN! :)
Haha! I dont think Mallory sells by the slice, but their pizzas are more of a one per person sorta size. Actually, Debbie does the editing 😊. Thanks for the kind words and for watching! Enjoy your weekend!
We would say that really any of them will be good. They usually start advertising their specials a week or two before Easter. Seeing what they are serving would be how I would make my choice! We would absolutely suggest reservations though. Enjoy your visit!
I know this video is a year old. But the Mexican restaurant Naldos change their name and is under management? If so what is the new name and where is it? I just bought a house in Woodbury North section. Thanks Patricia
Hi Patricia! Congratulations! Yes, it is now Tequila Cantina. I have seen a lot of the same people there, however the menu has changed. We have been there recently and we actually found it as good or better. Thanks for watching!
A lot of work went into this. Thank you so much for the restaurant reviews! I can't wait to try the Country Clubs like Mallory, Lopez and Palmer. Thanks again.
To be honest, neither of us have dogs or cats. We have seen dogs outside at Jonny Rockets. City Fire has a sign that they only allow service dogs. I would just make a quick call to any place you would be considering bringing your pet to. Thank you for watching!
Thanks for the suggestions. We’ve been FT villagers for 3 months now. We just found Naldos this week and thought it was good….went there twice! We also went to Oakwood with some neighbors.
Some of the best places are found from recommendations. I.m hoping to do a villages lifestyle visit for the first time in the spring. I.ll be sure to use your list of dining suggestions. Thanks for sharing. P.s. maybe you ladies could do a video of suggested interesting places / things / activities for a first lifestyle visit. Most other youtube channels only mention the squares.
Very exciting! We will put that on our list. In the meantime, we would suggest of course the squares, but also tour around. If you enjoy golfing, golf a few times. There is tennis and pickleball and shuffboard, just all sorts of activities. We have done a couple of videos on the rec centers. Make sure you check a couple of them out. There are always shows at the sharon and savannah center if that is something that appeals. So much to do!
Sure! Actually here we go: Sakura Giovannis Piesanos Lighthouse Harvest Lopez Legacy Coastal Del Mar Naldos Codys Glenview Oakwood Rose plantation I think that is all of them! Hope you get to enjoy one and let us know what you think!
@@thevillages365 I am a 61-year-old female. I live a ketogenic lifestyle and I love outdoor activities especially pickleball. Any suggestions on how I could find a roommate? I'm willing to buy and offer a place for somebody to stay if you know of a way to do this? Or if you know somebody that already owns and needs a roommate, I would be willing to rent space.
Palmer Legends has the best Lobster Bisque in The Villages. Cane Garden has a great breakfast, serving every day. Prima in Brownwood is very good! Gio Deli on 301 just north of 466 has great Italian and the best pizza outside Regina’s in the north end of Boston. To many more to list them all!
Fry freak😁 I am one too. They have to be crazy crisp. I will try Lopez bar. I have a brand new Katie Belles shirt that I believe was their wait staff shirt. Was a real gem of a place.
Hi Debbie and Jan, I have eaten at some of the restaurants in your list...I concur with your recommendations. Debbie, too bad Lou Malnati's doesn't open a location in The Villages. The lines would be out the door every night. 🍕
We have found that some Cody’s are better than others. We always liked the Lake Sumter one. They used to have one further north that we didn’t enjoy either. Thanks for watching!
Good video! Strongly agree on Giovanni’s and strongly disagree on Sakura. Have not tried Naldo’s, but will try it. Suggest you try Los Magueyes for Mexican by the Post Office on Us 301. Also try Yalhala Bakery in Yalhala if you like desserts. Unbelievably good. Keep up the informative videos. Thanks for keeping it real!
Interesting! We have both been to Los Magueyes. Good suggestion for dessert. Hadn’t heard of them. Try Miss Kathys in Wildwood if you want the most amazing (not cheap though! Cake ever! Thanks for watching!
Thank you for sharing ladies.☺
Thanks for watching!
A nother places we like to eat is The Flying Biscuit in Sumter for great breakfast! It's awesome! Thanks for the video.
Thank you for watching!

Thanks! We enjoy it! Chairs from Home Depot! 😉
Thank you for the information. I will be visiting there soon and I like the heads up on where to go. You two are the best.😁😁
Thanks Dino! Enjoy your visit!
The giveaway was the salt rimmed glasses! Good choice! 😊
Hehehe!

Thanks Ladies, we will be there for the month of April and would like your top CC suggestion for Easter dinner. Thanks again.

You guys put out nice videos and they are fun to watch. Thanks for putting in the time and effort.
Thank YOU for watching!

Thanks for your picks of good restaurants. If you like a good breakfast or lunch The Flying Biscuit is very good.
Yes! Another great one!
How about places where you can bring your pet
To be honest, neither of us have dogs or cats. We have seen dogs outside at Jonny Rockets. City Fire has a sign that they only allow service dogs. I would just make a quick call to any place you would be considering bringing your pet to. Thank you for watching!
If you do venture down to Brownwood, Blue Fin and Fiesta Grande are really good.
Yes! Also good!
Thanks for the suggestions. We’ve been FT villagers for 3 months now. We just found Naldos this week and thought it was good….went there twice! We also went to Oakwood with some neighbors.

I think that is all of them! Hope you get to enjoy one and let us know what you think!
I'm also looking forward to trying Havana Country Club. I recently dined in Prima and Bluefin Restaurants and both were excellent.
Yes! Those are also good!
Agree Bluefin is very good with great service. But beware, drinks are $$$$$.
We love Naldos!
I love Debbie's shirt, we live in Marathon, 50 miles northeast and we also have a house in Labelle North.
Haha! Thank you!
Nice job ladies. ;). :)
Thank you!

What, no deep dish pizzas?😂
No 😭

Jan is the listener and Debbie is the talker. I like them both.
Thank you for watching!
I recently ate at Cody’s …and decided I would never go back….food was terrible!
We have found that some Cody’s are better than others. We always liked the Lake Sumter one. They used to have one further north that we didn’t enjoy either. Thanks for watching!

@@thevillages365 I spelled it wrong. It is Yalaha Bakery.
You mentioned TooJays was where CDM moved into, but didn't cover TJ's as a great place to eat, LOL!
Yep, there is another one!
For the fries connoisseur, check out the southern fries at Ednas’ On The Green. Crispy and a little spicy, pairs well with any beer!
Ooooo! We will tell him that! Thanks!
