Also Nano ceramic titles marketing trick is Also known as plastic. So you put plastic in heat it realeases harmful gas into your house now you will have more issues with your health than a concrete roof. Also its doesnt provide the natural temperature benefit that a mud rood provides.

Not fit for residential purpose…no warranty and guarantee on paper not sound proof not a good insulator..light weight and it is breakable can be used for only cow shed and industrial places or verandah..very very bad after sales support definitely not for living room..

It is heavily durable. Compared to other roofing materials we can confirm that this product have high durability against coconut fall. Still if the height of the tree is so high that may damage one or two tiles. The only drawback I see with this material is the cost.
I contacted the installers and as per them a sqfeet material plus installation cost is almost 300 rs. Only rich people can bear the cost.

Sir Thank you for information. I have one query : If you are drilling screw into the metal pipe then there will be changes of corrosion of iron pipe due to humidity in environment. Pipes corrode very fast.
