    Full written recipe for Healthy Spinach and Oats Breakfast
    Ingredients:
    Spinach - 150g
    Rolled oats - 150g
    2 eggs
    Water - 300ml
    Olive oil - 30ml
    Salt - 1 tsp
    Black pepper - ½ tsp
    Process:
    Wash and cut the spinach and place into a bowl.
    Add the rolled oats.
    Add 2 eggs and mix.
    Place into a blender and 300ml water.
    Add the olive oil.
    Add the salt and pepper.
    Blend until smooth.
    Pour the mixture into a bowl.
    Place a pan on low-medium heat.
    Add 1 tbsp olive oil.
    Pour about 200ml of the mixture into the pan or less if you have a smaller pan.
    Tilt the pan in a circular motion to spread the mixture or use a spatula.
    Cook until firm.
    When firm, add shredded cheese to one half and fold the other half over.
    Cook for another minute then it is ready. Dish out and enjoy.
