Yes you will repeat these steps in all periods. Lesson plan/Note must be prepared for each lesson you are going to deliver in the classroom, no matter the time.

Please I want to know the difference between presentation/development and Teacher's Activities

Presentation is where you have the step by step plan on how you want to present the lesson/topic to be taught. Example:
Step 1 : Meaning or Definition of Noun.
Step 2: Types of Noun
Step 3: Uses of noun
These are plan/guide on how you want to present the lesson. Then you develop them largely, by giving us the definition as you presented in step 1, then teach the types of noun as you presented in step 2, etc.
So when you are doing all these explanation, there are two persons participating in ur class, 'The teacher and the Students'. From here, after you present the steps, the next thing is 'Teacher's Activities', under here you write what the teacher is defining, or listing on each step.
The next is to also mention the 'Students Activities' that is what students where doing or saying during the teacher delivery at each step. ETC.
In summary, Teacher's Activities are the actions you want to take to deliver your lesson effectively while presentation is where you present your lesson in step by step, before developing them. But mind you that development of a topic cannot occur without the 'Teacher's Activities ' because development involves the teacher's explanations and actions.
