Hi PJ! I just wanted to say how much I love this work out! I turn 45 next month and I am also a pulmonary embolism survivor. I've got three boys and the two youngest were afraid to go to school because they thought I might die while they were gone. I started doing this work out to show them that mom is doing everything she can to get strong and be healthy. I have been doing this work out at least four times a week for a month now and my boys are so proud of me. Thank you!

I started out with 5 pound and 8 pound weights, but now I am using the eight pound weights for when we are raising the weights above my head and the 10 pounds weights for everything else. Stumbled across this workout today, just what I was looking for! After years of running, heavy duty weights and bad stretching habits my knees are shot. This was perfect, will do again for sure!
Just found your channel. I have to say I LOVE that you explain everything. When to use heavier weight, what your form for certain exercises should look/feel like, etc. It's nice and not many do it well. I always worry about correct form.

Hey PJ! Love your workouts - I’m just one year into consistently exercising after my 4th kid, and they’re a challenge without being so daunting that I can’t finish them . I can’t tell you how irritating it is to not be able to fully complete an “over 40” video and then hear the trainer call it a “light workout”. So while I’m sure many of what I do are light workouts for you, thanks for not rubbing it in my face.😂 I’m going to add this one to the rotation. One request! If you could PG the language in your videos, I would feel like I can do them with my kids around since I generally have to workout with the minions in the room with me.

Not only does this look effective and realistic but PJ, you are hilarious! I'm almost 46 but maturity-wise, not a day older than 30. My body and energy or lack thereof I truly feel like someone much older with arthritis and chronic back pain and have lost all of my tone and have an issue with belly fat that seemed to have appeared out of nowhere, and I'm not like many people who exaggerate and complain about a tiny little pooch. I seriously look 7-8 months pregnant all the time but have a normal butt, legs, and thighs. I used to constantly engage my core by habit and keep good posture but these habits disappeared. It's just amazing to me how much my body and energy level changed between the ages of 38-45! But it looks like I found a great UA-cam trainer with, a realistic and effective workout program! Thank you so much!!! Starting today!

Just came across you this morning Loved this workout I am 60 years old,I was doing a workout sesh with my cousin (trainer) at the gym along with 9 others who are all different in age & fitness levels it became awkward ,though find this better straight out of bed & into it,along with my lemon juice in warm water.Though my cousin says eat a egg & a piece of fruit 1/2 hour before the workout to get the white cells going to build the muscle then the fruit for energy the red cells. So hopefully I will get results with you . PERSISTENCE is key !! Thank you PJ I know your the one for me. 3-4 times a week thats me!!!from Aotearoa NZ

I'm a petite 5"1 and have risen to a UK size 12 since I stopped breastfeeding ...I eat really well although I'm carb heavy...I'm vegan ! I'm really frustrated with my weight gain and am thinking of going vegan keto as well as exercising with you regularly ! So thank you...these are great workouts....

Love this workout! I have been doing it about 3-4 times per week and I definitely have noticed a difference in my body! Listen to PJ and do not use dumbbells when you start! Start easy and work your way up to using dumbbells! I could barely walk just like she said after the first workout, but now I feel great!

When I started doing this workout, I thought I did it before... yes, I repeated this workout more than 20 times before. As I didn't have any idea what kind of workout I should do everyday, I chose this work out and I repeated almost everyday. hahaha. Now I have your support in patreon and I have a workout calendar, I don't need to do this exercise everyday. This workout is great. I was feeling super challenging before but after I followed your workout more than 3 months, now I'm strong enough to enjoy this workout. Thanks PJ!

Love this workout! I have been doing it about 3-4 times per week and I definitely have noticed a difference in my body! Listen to PJ and do not use dumbbells when you start! Start easy and work your way up to using dumbbells! I could barely walk just like she said after the first workout, but now I feel great!

Fantastic workout for my 46 year old body. Love the honesty and instruction. One funny piece of feedback to share…every time you said the word ‘done’ after each set I thought you were saying ‘DIE’. Got me giggling until I realized on the last set what you were saying!! No better workout than one you are smiling through the whole way!!

When I started doing this workout, I thought I did it before... yes, I repeated this workout more than 20 times before. As I didn't have any idea what kind of workout I should do everyday, I chose this work out and I repeated almost everyday. hahaha. Now I have your support in patreon and I have a workout calendar, I don't need to do this exercise everyday. This workout is great. I was feeling super challenging before but after I followed your workout more than 3 months, now I'm strong enough to enjoy this workout. Thanks PJ!

Great workout. The video only has a small glitch at the end but I kept watching and went back to normal. No big deal. Zach is amazing as a puppy trainer.
