its still published to the classic workshop (which is broken) i think "scrapped" was just added to discern that the creator stopped working on it and replaced it with a more up to date level with the same name at some point
some of us playing on pc use a visual mod to change our skins locally, it wont show in game for others but is fun to play with. the mod can be found in the discord server for the game
