RR Trent sounds better than GE CF6 and PW4000 engines. The latter two sounds like giant refrigerators.

Good morning my friend! This is Guerry again with more trivia narrative, which is good only if you happen to make it on ”Jeopardy” as a contestant. Thank-you so very much for posting another great takeoff video. I’m still loving them. It is a shame that United switched hubs from JFK to Newark, but that is something they inherited from Continental. Taking off from RWY 219 does make it difficult to view NYC. However, you did get a great view of the railroad switching yard and the “Nue Joyzee” (how the indigenous people pronounce it) Turnpike.
Gosh, I do miss flying on the 767’s. That 400 variant is also something else United picked up from merging with Continental. It was also the only variant that had the raked wingtip, an exclusive of Boeing. As I recollect, the raked wingtip is optimal when cruising long distances, whereas the other wingtip lifting devices provide their best performances during takeoffs and landings. I used to watch United’s 767-400’s on one of my favorite plane-spotting “UA-cam” video publishers (Airborn Media - that is how he spells “Airborne”) before the pandemic, when United flew to Manchester, UK. The -400 is truly a beautiful aircraft.
I am still hoping to see you post some video of your flights in your Grumman (Avenger or Tiger - I forgot). I really miss flying around when I was current.
Thank-you again for the video. I am really looking forward to when I’ll be able to do some traveling. Hopefully, I’ll be able to return the favor to you with some real action packed videos.

Wow, lucky to be on the -400, United doesn't fly many of those.

I think it’s actually continental airlines on 767-400, but it’s basically the same plane
