    Thanks for the info. This is probably minor, but I did appreciate how you mentioned all common parts of the chicken, not just chicken breasts. (Lol). Alot of ppl will say don’t eat thighs or wings, only chicken breasts. Appreciate it

    Can you do a video explaining how many grams or ounces of steak and chicken and eggs should we eat daily ? I assumed a 6 oz steak had 6 oz of protein but that’s not correct so I am confused. Also fish .

    Yeah beef jerky is great, I've been trying it for a few months now. I try and eat it during recovery days as a nice protein snack between meals. Just watch out for the sodium content! I need to step up my tuna game; it saves some money while still getting high quality protein.

    Can someone help me out with this. I keep reading that fat isnt bad for you and "Eating fat doesnt make you fat" stating that most of the fat that you gain comes from sugars and extra calories. Is it really important to focus on lowfat stuff or just focus on the sugar and calories?

      Fats are important. Avocados, fish, eggs, and olive oil are excellent sources of fat.

    I would have subbed out the cheese sticks for cottage cheese or included it. 1 serving of CC is 80 Cal and 14g protein with the added benefits of live and active cultures for your gut if you buy the good kind!

    Egg noodles and ground turkey make the best spaghetti ever. Also pork loin has alot of the same things as beef like creatine! Same amount and loads of aminos its a great unused meat

    The problem with that Black Bean Spaghetti is that it's not real black beans. It's made with black SOY beans. No thanks. Safe Catch Ahi tuna, sold at Costco, has 43g of protein per can. Add some Avocado Mayo from Primal Kitchen and it tastes great.

    In addition, let’s not forget the right kind of fiber to eliminate wastes from protein metabolism but also those that help the microbiome extract the protein in a better way. Blueberries 🫐 and other polyphenolic fruits, wheatgerm (which also has a good amount of protein), and ricotta cheese…has a good amount of protein and isn’t dead (it has live and active cultures that aid in nutrient bioavailability). Swiss and Chedder cheeses are excellent sources of the right kind of of microbial cultures for digestion and protein absorption while also containing tolerable casein/whey proteins. Parmesan 🧀 is fantastic for nutrient density and mineral content. Just sayin 🤷🏻‍♂️

    How do you get literally a minimum of 150 grams of protein per day and stay under the recommended amount of sodium because if you have 1 plain egg wrap, it is like 25% 0f sodium recommendations per day and if you ad a snack amount of beef jerky your already close to 50% per day and that barley enough food for 200lb male

    Be careful with some of these sources of protein, particularly the beef jerky and string cheese. The sodium content is fairly high. Eating 4 of those string cheese will result in 800 mg of sodium out of your 2300 mg of the day. And 1 egg has 187 mg of your daily 300 mg limit, so solid advice for increasing protein, but do consider the other content of these foods before implementing into your diet.

    Keep in mind if you don't have the money to eat like this everyday. And I MEAN EVERYDAY 3-5Xs A DAY..... It ain't gonna work. They can tell us to eat like this but if you're living paycheck to paycheck and struggling to make ends meet... Good luck
