I have always enjoyed watching Joey play. I am relieved that all his health problems are over.

Wall Ball was essentially created by Long Island ' Uniondale High School'(1959-1962) Jimmy Lewis, who many believe was the greatest attacker ever. He would spend two hours at the wall, faking shots behind the back, (with two hands on a wooden stick, you could not play with one hand), simple catch and throw. Jimmy Lewis would go on to the Naval Academy where he was 1st team All-American for three years. One year whilst at the Naval Academy, he decided to play soccer and led his team to the National Title. I wrote an article about Wall Ball in Lacrosse magazine in April 1993, which set the lacrosse world on fire. Pay close attention to this extremely talented young man, Joey Sankey will make you a better player.

Love your final comment. I believe this is true of every sport. If you never make a mistake, you aren't going hard enough and challenging yourself. Perfect!

I have a question what head would you say is best for passing?

The head doesn’t really matter as long as it isn’t too flexible the mesh is what matters try your mesh with zero shooting strings and then work from there
