    you should make a video of all your workouts throughout the week so people can see what lifts they should be doing towards lacrosse

      Lifting is just lifting. Lacrosse skills are lacrosse. Lift just builds muscle. They do both. But lacrosse play is what We know Mitch does.

    Hi Mitch love the video! I want to be an attackman, I am a beginner at lacrosse and I want to get better. I found your channel about a week ago and love watching your videos! Hopefully you will come out with more informational videos in the future!

    Hey Mitch, I’m a huge fan of your channel. I’m a 7th grade lacrosse player and I play on Long Island Top Guns!
    I’ve been working on the quick sticks in under a minute for 4 weeks, (before u posted the video, I do it with my coach) and I’ve been getting 142 on my right and 106 on my left. I just wanted to share this because you motivate me to go out and practice when I’m not feeling my best! Keep up the great content!

    Another banger wall ball video

    I start with 100 left and 100 right handing passes about 5 yards away, then “Canadian” 50 each, 50 quick sticks each, then I practice throwing with my right catching left, throwing left catching right 25 each, then I practice running left and right, if I’m on the left I fake a lefty pass and run to the right and pass and catch, and I repeat with my right hand.
    About 525 total, and I do this in 30- 60 mins depending what I focus on more
    I probably need to add side arms and underhands, as well as running passes more, so I’ll start going to my school and finding a wall to practice on!

    Thanks for posting Mitchell. My son loves wathcing your videos and BIG thank you for the awesome Cameo vid. My son Liam plays and wants to get to that level but was asking about the run tests so he has an idea of how to train for running. Any chance you could do a vid about run tests or could you send my some info on the run tests that you go through at THE OSU thanks bud hope to see you at the NLF this year

    Wall ball is such a great way to work them hands. I'm an old fart. I love doing wall ball as a stress reliever. Put my headphones on and just giver. Great for anxiety and just get out of your head.

    Great content! Shout out from SoCal…..great to see a D1 college lacrosse player putting in the reps and demonstrating the work required to be at that level. My boys are 7th graders and need the basics in order to improve. Lacrosse isn’t big here yet so I am grateful for you putting this out!

      @@MitchellPehlke right now I'm trying get back into it if I wanna play on U21 and go up against some experienced defenders... One thing I realized over all this time is the more hours you put it training or even just wall ball comes out on the field without even thinking about it.

    Is it ok if I just have a bounce back and not a actual wall because the bounce back doesn’t bounce as much?

    • @MitchellPehlke
      @MitchellPehlke  2 роки тому +1

      It is ok! Something is better than nothing! I would say if you have access to a wall, HIT THAT! More accurate!
