I have personally grown microgreens in the past two months and have harvested several times. Easy to grow and use. Thank you so much Ekta mam for introducing me to the new concept of microgreens. I hv also educated others about the same. Keep the good work going on..........

hi dr.ekta as u said that the kids or the younger generation should know how and from where their food comes from right so i started planting and growing some vegis at home such as tomatos , potatoes , capsicum , lemons , oranges etc .. waiting for like 6 months now my potatoes are ready to be harvested and i got to know that this is how famers strive to grow food for waiting each and everyday for harvesting and selling them ....and now i even started with indoor plants and such as rubber plant , monstera adansonii , table palm ...it all started from you and now ty for bringing happiness in my life , lots of love 💕💕

At least one very subtle message I would like everyone including myself to take away from this video is, to teach and make your children understand that where you get your food from as Ekta mentioned. I think, it would serve as a good starting point to make them more aware about our surroundings, environment and their sustainability.
