Yeah mine stoped working after around 3 months. It won’t charge i’m guessing some water got between the charger and the bottom base even though I always tried to wipe dry before charging

I’ve had the blue plastic version for about a year now and I have no problems with it, always aimed my head in a downward direction so that while I’m using it I’m also simultaneously letting the water go down the water pick. Getting tons of water all over the pick and also in the charging port and it charges hella good. I would contact quip about it as it seems you got a faulty one.
