Siguro maglalagay lang ako ng built-in shoe-cabinet pagpasok ng pinto para may lagayan ng outside shoes and inside slippers both in the front and back door.
And will have fully enclosed shower area and built in shower products storage sa shower wall, kasi mas prefer un ng British partner ko.
Sa family room, I love that it has access na outside stairs so pag may bisita pwede na dumiretso sa 3rd floor family room... will just add small kitchen and sink area sa taas para in case may family event, di na need bumababa sa ground kitchen.
Other than that, this house has character, timeless and functional! Love it!

The design would appeal more as bauhaus inspired if the large windows where julia sat during the closing part of this video were designed with glass blocks. Imagine how gorgeous it would look like being viewed outside as part of the faćade.

I'd love this house to be our family weekend house since everybody has their own, but on weekends and special occasions we can all be together in this house.

That window in the second floor without an overhang on top of it is probably one of the dumbest design I have ever seen as an Architect. Roof overhangs or eaves are there to protect the windows from rain or the sun.
As an Architect, I would classify this house as an Ultra Modern Tudor Style Architecture mixed with Industrial Design, but definitely not what a 1920's Bauhaus Architecture would look like. I don't see Gropius or even Mies Van Der Rohe designing something like this.

Imagine Bauhaus and Gropius choking on their vomit after seeing that gambrel-like roof and claiming to be Bauhaus. And don’t let me get started on the Terra cotta bricks. Who writes the script on these presentations?

As a German and architecture fan I can only say the house does not look as Bauhaus at all , more Hogwarts than Bauhaus . I would love to invite you to Dessau to the Bauhaus museum to understand the simplicity of Bauhaus .

I noticed all the homes I've seen does not have centralized A/C. Why? Have a A/C protruding from the wall is such an eye-sore and takes away the look of a room. Also, I've mentioned this before, but design of homes are like an extension of an office space than a home. A commonality of home featured have wood or marble tile. It is okay, but the architect should use other material for flooring. The color palette for the tile flooring is boring. It is either white or grey. These color choices does not give an impression of warmth to home.

Gamit na gamit ang "Bauhaus" di naman pala alam yung totoong look ng Bauhaus. Ang pretentious lang! This video should be taken down kasi may misinformation. Ulitin mo na lang ang tour mo at wag ka na magbanggit ng bauhaus.
